About us
Established in October 1996, Wacky Wet World was created by the web designers of
Intereliant.com as a protest against Internet censorship.
Rather than showing adult content, they did the opposite and
published some photos of fully clothed people, but soaking wet.
It turned out to be a great success with our readers.
Starting with a single page it soon became the market leader of the wetlook fashion scene
serving over 100,000 unique visitors a month.
By bringing together water sport and outdoor fans this site serves as a hub
for a global community of people who enjoy a more interesting style of swimwear.
Many photos on this wet site were sent in by our enthusiastic readers,
supporting our quest for free speech and individual expression.
